Alternatives
The best Motion alternatives
Motion is a strong productivity tool, but it isn't the only option. Here are the alternatives I rate most highly, all in the same category.
AI meeting notes with no bot in the call
The best meeting notes for people who hate bots in calls; you trade away recordings and playback for that privacy.
A meeting notetaker with team analytics
The most flexible notetaker for teams that want analytics and a firm no-training promise; light free storage and metered AI credits are the trade.
Your workspace, now with a brain
An easy yes if your team already runs on Notion and pays for Business; not a reason to switch to it on its own.
Meeting transcription with playback and a notetaker bot
The pick if you need real transcripts and recordings rather than just notes, and the annual Pro price is low; the free plan is tight.
The self-organizing notes app
A refreshing take for capture-heavy thinkers who resent organizing; structure lovers may miss the folders.
