Overview
Fireflies.ai records meetings three ways: its bot, Fred, joins or auto-joins calendar meetings; a Chrome extension records without a bot; and a Mac and Windows app captures system audio from Meet, Zoom, Teams, Webex and more. It transcribes, summarizes and lets you search across calls, and the Business plan adds conversation intelligence and team analytics. Fireflies says meeting content is never used to train AI models.
Enki verdict
The most flexible notetaker for teams that want analytics and a firm no-training promise; light free storage and metered AI credits are the trade.
